Evergrowth interview questions

Interview has 3 phases. First phase is the phone screen. Second phase is a take home assignment. Third phase is a technical interview. Overall the process went smooth for me and HR was very collaborative. He got in touch with me for every stage and guiding me about how the process works.

I had the first screening call with their recruiter and it was going pretty smoothly until he basically told me they expected me to work 7 days a week if needed and their CSMs have no work life balance (he claimed this kind of a mentality is typical in Lithuania which I highly doubt). In my opinion you should avoid Evergrowth unless you are completely desperate. If I wanted to work 7 days a week I would start my own company, not work for someone else and waste my life away.
