Interview
The interview process is long because of the screening process (which all banks do) but if you are patient it could pay off. They need to check your criminal background as well as your credit. I never understood how a credit report could help them determine your skill and employment abilities but they are thorough in making sure they get the right people.

Question 1
They asked me if I was looking for something long term or not because they want someone who will stick around. They also asked if I had any banking experience and if I spoke Spanish. They will also ask you about your credit and give you a chance to explain any issues with it if there are any.
