After sending you CV and a short motivation letter you get invited to an interview, usually held on skype. You talk to one or two members of the HR staff simultaneously. After the call, you either get informed directly if you got the opportunity for an internship or they come back two you within the next two days. Overall, the interview and application process is fast and effective.
