Interview
Start with a quick call from the recruiter. Two managers interviewed me via Zoom, and the next round would be in-person, followed by a design challenge. It was okay, at least everything was moving quickly. However, the vibe from the two managers was extremely different. One was warm and welcoming, the other was way more serious.

Interview
I had an Initial interview with HR , then it followed a second interview with manager , last there was an on site interview.
Also was required to built a case study
Had 6 rounds of interviews just for the operations team to decide they wanted a different set of qualifications/experience. Then reposted the role with a different title and wasted over a month of time.
