Super informal first chat and Phil was a dream to deal with. Two slightly more formal follow up interviews and a short writing task but nothing too scary or daunting.

Question 1
First interview was primarily based on you as a person - Eulogy does a great job at hiring great people who are also great at their jobs, so this is a really important part of the process. Other questions ranged from my experience, to my knowledge of the media and how I would approach certain situations.
