Etna Interactive interview questions

Went through the process until I got a skills assessment. Spent many hours on it and went well beyond requirements by building a presentation. WEEKS later I got a generic HR email with 0 reason or feedback. After the time I invested I would have liked at least a real email. Had very little feedback but a few things missing that I could have easily fixed and expanded on with a conversation. Tells me everything I need to know about how the company handles its employees.

The first phone interview is formalism. The recruiter had a list of questions and had to walk through them. The second round is with a HR and a hiring manager to have some behavioral questions and walk through my resume.
