Essential Industries interview questions

Had a phone interview. The human resources person couldn't seem to get things done during standard business hours. He called after 7 PM to arrange for a phone interview. Which he then was late calling for. He then called me after 7 pm on a Sat to tell me I wasn't selected to move forward. Seeing this hiring process makes me immensely relieved to NOT move forward!

The first round was with the president and another senior member. They were very welcoming. Next, you interview with the senior sales head, who is about as transparent as mud. You will need a lot of confidence to sell anything to that brick wall.
