These guys simply waste candidates' time by conducting 4 to 5 rounds of interviews. Initially, they discuss a different CTC, but the offer letter mentions a lower amount. Even after clearing all interview rounds, the final offer is less than your current CTC. I honestly don’t know whether they even have real openings. This whole process feels like a complete waste of applicants' time.
