I have applied online. After 1-2 weeks I have been called by a recruiter. Later, we have fixed a skype meeting with some engineers and hiring manager.
The salary offer and the overall package are not close to market standards.
My advice to Ericsson people is:
Do not try to lowball people. You cannot survive with this approach so long.
If you do not care about your candidates, or do not show them that you care about them, you should not expect them to care about the company.
