I was sent an email for an initial interview, but it was with an AI avatar, which i found a bit ridiculous. As i started the interview process with this AI avatar, I noticed that i was only given 60 seconds to respond to the first question and the first question was a compound question. In the middle of answering the question as concisely as I could, i was cut off at the 60 second mark and was unable to re-record it. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times, but she never replied back to me to address the issue. A few weeks later, i received a generic email from her, stating that they reviewed my interview (what interview? I was not able to complete it) and that they would not proceed with my application.

Epiphan Video's recruiting process was thorough. My recruiter did a great job identifying between the lines and jobs the relevant experience corresponded to what they were looking for. A second-stage interview was similar to a great conversation where they knew my technical expertise and personal and cultural fit for the company. A third-panel interview was a sign they take their process seriously. They brought out the best in me with their variety of questions about real case scenarios and specific situations that challenge me. Because of their process, I was blessed with an offer. They made me feel at ease and inspired by their values as a company and their objectives for the future. It was a smooth process where I learned so much about myself and they thrive for excellence

Interview part with HR was excellent. Marina is great professional and I enjoyed of our conversation. She described very detailed about what company does, about interview process, about relocation and about company assistance during COVID-19 time.
They process went wrong whe she sent me a link to a test task. It was link to a service like leetcode. I asked her if there are algorithmic tasks or not. She asked head of team and he confirmed there are easy tasks just to check how I code. But there were algorithmic tasks which hate and never do on interview. This is my position.
When we discuss these tasks during tech interview we spent 50min for discussing Breadth First Search. Which provide nothing info about me as a Golang Developer. I have only 10 min for my question which interviewer spent in try to describe how they manage a development process. As I expected, they have a mess of Waterfall, Kanban and Agile.

What is the negative side of my test task implementation?
