You go through a recruiter then a team member. You must pass their assessment. The thing that isn't so great about their interview process is that they won't give you any feedback as to how you did or if you passed the assessment.

Online application with resume and 1 reference, online tests, initial phone call, big interview day that consisted of an overview of the company, overview of the role, case study where you were given a hypothetical weekly schedule and tasks to organize, a self-prepared presentation, and a typical interview.

The guy was very nice, we just went over my resume and future expectations. He told me I should expect an email with my next interview steps. Also the assessment was very interesting
