Pretty much a fair interview process as they are communicative and interest to know about your capabilities.

I was asked about cryptograms and application attacks.

Interview
Two-step interview process; one technical and one cultural. Technical consisted of sending one home with a technical challenge to complete which was discussed before the culture fit interview is done.
