Pretty short interview process in my experience. They look for outgoing people that will provide great customer service and are eager to learn. Also ask for a 2 year commitment
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
