I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Jacksonville, NC) in Sept 2013
Interview
I applied online and received a phone interview within a few days. The phone interview was very basic and at the end she scheduled me for a branch interview. The branch I went to didn't seem like they were expecting me. I sat for about 45 mins awaiting my interview observing. My interview consisted of the branch manager and another manager asking questions about my résumé and my sales experience. It was very easy and laid back. They asked basic questions like, "what's your greatest strength/weakness, describe a time when you dealt with an unhappy customer, would you wash a car in a suit". I was very surprised when I was not offered the position because the interview seemed to go really well. I did not like the fact that if I had a question there was no one to contact. Or at least the person you were supposed to contact did not respond to emails or phone calls. Overall, my experience wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.

Question 1
Other than renting cars, what else do you think we sell?
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
