I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Spring, TX) in Mar 2018
Interview
After applied for the manager trainee position, about a months later I got an email for schedule an interview. A link in the email allows me to go through all the great achievements of the company, one of the best CEO and multi-awards winning history. On the day of interview as soon as I set down, the interviewer told me, I was interviewing for a customer service position which works at the front counter assisting customers. The company uses a higher position as a bait to lure in candidates for lowest position they need. An irony for a company bragging about having a best CEO and multi award winning history.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
I had three round of interviews the first and last weren’t that bad, but my second interview with the district manager, I sweat so much. It was really intense. They want competitive people, so most everyone is an athlete. The job itself is long hours, and highly tracked activy and sales.
