3 levels of interview including initial screening, phone call and face to face interview. Salary discussions happened post face to face interview. Initial screening was done over phone. After initial screening, there was brief discussion over phone call to explain the role and other details. Face to face interview was most important and went for around 45 mins-1 hour.
