The first technical stage was a proctored online assessment via a third-party platform, with dual-camera monitoring, screen share and no external resources. It was a one-hour LeetCode-style coding challenge plus around 25 React Native multiple-choice questions in about 25 minutes. The process was professional and they provided feedback afterwards, which isn't a given. The role is full-time onsite at Old Street with a fast-paced culture.
