Phone interview plus in person. It was very good experience . People are friendly. Good standing company and big on innovation. Offices in US, Canada and Caribbean. So many products to offer to their customers.

The interviewers were a little awkward to speak with, but they were honest and open about the job and the company. They really just wanted to get to my personality to see if I would be fit for the part. They weren't shy in letting me know the amount of work is entailed, but better that than to be blindsided.
