Interview
Dubai, iOS Engineer:
First round: Human Resources. The recruiter doesn’t have technical knowledge. The recruiter couldn’t respond to questions as well as the salary was hidden all the time.
Second round: They don’t even call you in order to check your availability, they just directly send an outdated test that you need to solve in a period of time. Outdated theory questions and the problems were asked to be solved using Swift 2 (This language isn’t in the market anymore, that says a lot of the company)
Third round: Technical interview. Overall questions regarding to iOS.
Fourth round: An application to be built. Download images and display in a screen. Nothing new. You will be asked to use MVVM since they don’t use other design patterns. Even during the interview they will ask you about this pattern and they won’t be able to discuss another.
Last round: Rejection, no feedback at all.
Feedback was requested few times via e-mail and they promised to send it but it never came.
