I had the opportunity to interview for the Talent Acquisition Manager position at the Skopje office. The interview process was straightforward, resembling a typical HR interview, and I felt that my skills and experience were well-aligned with the requirements of the role.
However, since the interview, I have not received any updates or feedback from the company, despite having followed up with one of the interviewers on LinkedIn. While I understand that not every candidate may be a perfect fit, I believe that a professional and considerate approach to communication is crucial in the recruitment process.
Even if my qualifications did not meet the company's expectations, a simple email providing feedback would have been greatly appreciated. I understand that not every candidate can be selected, but a transparent and respectful communication approach reflects positively on the company's reputation.
I believe that effective communication is an integral part of the recruitment process, and I hope that future interactions with candidates will reflect the core values of responsibility and dignity that are expected in the field of talent acquisition.
