I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Elder Care Alliance
Interview
There were 6 parts to the interview process. There were long gaps between some parts of the process without any communication from the company. The first part was a phone screen interview from the recruiter. The next part was a phone screen from a leadership team employee. I then met the hiring manager at the facility. I was asked a few questions and given a tour. Two weeks later, I was scheduled for an online interview with two members of the leadership team. Two weeks went by, and I received an email to complete an assignment. I was then asked to demonstrate that assignment at the facility. I was given another tour of the facility and had lunch with the hiring team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the video interview, there were lots of questions about handling staffing issues. One question was about handling a termination of an employee. Another question was about having to supervise someone who had applied for the same job and already had worked for the company.
I was interviewed by the dining room manager and the supervisor sat in during the interview (she was really sweet and made the process a little less nerve-wracking!) If I remember correctly, the interview lasted about 30 minutes or so.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Elder Care Alliance (Camarillo, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview is highly illegal I had a sit-down interview after that they required me to come in twice to the kitchen and cook meals without being compensated or even being an employee.
