Effyis Group interview questions

I went through the full interview process at Effyis Group, including several on-site interviews. The team was polite and professional throughout, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. After three interviews and reaching the final stage, I received a rejection stating that my technical skills did not fully match what they were looking for. This feedback could have been given much earlier in the process, especially since multiple interviews were conducted in person, taking significant time and preparation. I appreciate the courtesy of their communication, but I believe the evaluation process could be more efficient and respectful of candidates’ time. Candidates deserve clearer expectations and more timely feedback during the early stages.

The interview focused on evaluating both my technical skills and cultural fit. It began with a short introduction about the company and its projects. Then, I was asked to describe my academic background, internships, and key projects like ParaEnsias and GreenMeter.
