Although the interview phase was efficient and clear, the subsequent lack of communication was unprofessional. After providing confidential information and payslips under the impression an offer was being finalized, I was ghosted despite several follow-ups. Seeing the role reposted shortly after my inquiries went unanswered suggests a lack of respect for candidate engagement. I believe a simple update—even a 'not proceeding' notice—is a basic professional courtesy that was missing here.

The interview process was traditional, fast-paced, and straightforward. It consisted of an initial screening, followed by a technical and behavioral discussion. Communication was clear and timely throughout. Within one week of completing the interviews, a formal job offer was extended.
