Interview
I submitted my resume through Indeed and heard back almost immediately. After a very laid back phone interview with the company CEO, I was brought in to meet with him in person. Once again, a very relaxed and personable interview with Tom that made me feel very positive about the place. It was clear they weren't just looking for someone with decent skills, but also someone that would fit in with their work environment.
A few days after the in person interview, I was asked to send over writing samples as well as write a few sample posts for one of their clients. A day or so later, I was asked to come in and meet the team for another interview. That interview, while seemingly would be nerve-wracking with four other people, was just as relaxed. It was a casual conversation about skills and experience. They gave me $10 to go get coffee while they talked, then had me come back and offered me the position.
Entire process was extremely pleasant and took about 3 weeks total.

Interview
The owner called and we had a very relaxed phone interview. I then came to the business to meet with the owner and then again to interview with a couple people just below the owner. Everyone was very relaxed, down to earth, it was a very collaborative and enjoyable interviewing experience!
