There were two rounds of interviews. Two people on each panel. Questions were “Tell me about yourself”, “tell me why you want to join”. Interviewers were kind and funny. More like a conversation.

It was mostly fine, people were fine. Can't complain. I do feel like they're not particularly good with recruitment, as a process. Maybe it's the foresight and judgement or some ego issues.
