Video interview where they ask you basic questions, your motivation for joining the associate program, and some specific questions on Singapore's economy/policies. After, if you are shortlisted, you will be required to complete a case study which you will present to a panel at a later date.

Game-based assessment online with a virtual interview segment for the first stage. This is followed by a case portion which involves a 24 hour case preparation and a presentation at a panel interview.
