The interviewer showed up a half hour late and was very unprofessional. Upon talking about my past experience working in a University lab and earning my bachelor's of science, he seemed as though I was not qualified to hire. Once I was hired, though, it was obvious that there was no credentialing needed. You must simply be included in the social atmosphere of the current employees and their lackadaisical approach to their job.
