Was reached out to by their recruiter, who said I was a great fit for an SE role. She sent a job description link and asked me to upload my resume. The JD was for a sales rep, so I messaged her twice to see if there was another job link. No response. I ended up submitting my resume on the sales rep link anyways. After a few days I message her again to see what next steps are. No response. Few days later I get an email about taking a personality assessment, so I do. Few days go by, so I message her again to see how it went. No response. At this point, I have 6 or 7 emails to her that have not been answered or acknowledged. Couple days later, I get an automated email saying I'm not a fit. Weird, because recruiter said I'd be a great fit. I've also taken dozens of these personality assessment and have never had any problem whatsoever. Just all around unprofessional and a tremendous waste of time. Wouldn't be surprised if the whole thing is a scam.
