Duolingo Program Manager interview questions

Recruiter call with a Duoliingo recruiter followed by an hour long video screen with two employees: Engineering and a peer Program Manager. Was then asked to complete a homework assignment and asked to spend no more than 8-10 hours. The interview process was fine but in hindsight it was a total waste of time for me to go through the interview process because as some in their early 50s, it's apparent that diversity does not apply to "the olds."
