Interview
One HR Rounds, Two Technical Rounds.
HR Round:
General Questions (Like why do you want to switch job, previous work experience with Node JS).
Technical Interview:
Design DB schema of Social Apps ( Dating Apps, Linked In) and retrieves data through queries.
Leet code medium problem solving question related to hash maps and trees.
Overall, it was a very bad experience as I received a call from HR saying that I got selected, but the interview process was paused. And after that, I did not hear again from them.
Overall, the experience was disappointing. I received a phone call from HR informing me that I had been selected; however, I was also told that the interview process had been paused. After that communication, I did not receive any further updates from the company.

The entire process was very smooth. I received highly relevant questions and was given prompt replies. The environment was wonderfully welcoming, and absolutely everything was clearly communicated to me beforehand.

Interview
I interviewed at Dubizzle Labs in Lahore, and the overall process took about a week. The first interview was with HR related to general questions about experience and role. The second (1st technical interview) had two interviewers, but one of them seemed disinterested and unwilling to participate. He even asked someone else to conduct the interview, and his attitude came across as somewhat rude.
The third (2ndtechnical interview), was with a Team Lead. He appeared to be a nice person and asked thoughtful questions. However, he seemed to have a traditional mindset and was not very open to discussing newer technologies, like AI.
Ultimately, I received a rejection from HR without any feedback or explanation, which I found disappointing as it would have been helpful for improvement.
