DriveRite Academy interview questions

1) After applying, if you are selected, you will be sent a link to do one of those one sided online interviews where your record your answers to their questions. 2) If they like your answers, they will schedule you for a driving test. 3) If you do OK on the driving test, they will ask you to do an online class with seven chapters AND a Final Exam. The final exam itself consists of 95 questions. Not including the other quizzes at the end of the chapters. You must get an 85% to pass. 4) if you get an 85% on the test, you will be scheduled to come in and take an official written exam of everything you've learned from the online assessment. 5) if you pass the in person test, you will be asked to come in to take an official driving test. THIS IS AS FAR AS I"VE GOTTEN BUT THE HIRING PROCESS IS DEMANDING AND TIME CONSUMING AND THERE ARE SEVERAL STEPS AFTER THIS BEFORE YOU WILL EVEN GET HIRED. THESE PEOPLE ARE TIME WASTERS AND THEY DON'T EVEN OFFER INSURANCE AND THEY ARE NOW A W2 COMPANY. BENIFITS SUCK.

It was a very comfortable interview process with the owner. The company seems to be very friendly and welcoming. This continues after being hired. They are wonderful and I enjoyed working with this company
