Drake Star Partners interview questions

4 tech/behavioral interview mix with last one being a 4hr 3 statement model + presentation case study. Lots of questions about the firm and recent deals in TMT, and wanted to see a genuine curiosity. Asked for 30 hours minimum of contribution per week for an unpaid virtual internship (part-time) which is kind of atrocious if you do this during school and are taking classes.

Very easy interview. Need to understand the 3 financial statements and valuation methods. Questions on multiples valuations and how they work. Industry specific multiples that are being use. Finally,, you'll have a week to prepare a pitchdeck on ppt.
