Drake Cooper interview questions

Interviewed with HR. Not very friendly. Basic questions like tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here, etc.. Was told I was suppose to hear back by end of the week. Did not hear anything for almost a month until I sent over an email asking for an update. Have heard from several others that they ghost a lot of candidates.

Reached out to from a pool of previous candidates. Told they liked me and I ranked highly before and set up an interview with a Creative Director. Interview went well and then was ghosted for 3 months until I received a notification they went with other options. Third time interviewing with this company. Seems like they just don’t like me. C’est la vie.
