Interview
Interviews are now done through a transcription company as an in-house or internal transcription department no longer exists. This interview was done over the phone with subsequent testing required. I had to apply as an out-of-State transcriptionist and would be a contracted employee, not a Minnesota employee with a W2 provided.

Are you able to learn the multiple software systems as required by multiple clients
Do you have a secure work location compliant with HIPPA rules and regulations
How many years of experience do you have
What field areas do you have experience in
Are you able to understand heavy accents
Do you have excellent (i.e. higher education level) grammar and spelling
Can you accurately type a minimum of 70 wpm
Are you aware this is a contracted position with 1099 issuance, not an employee with a W2
Are you able to attend on-site training for a week or maybe two
