It was straightforward at the end but was tedious at the start. The beginning issues were attributed to a new system that was being used. There were 4 levels of interviews, first with the recruiter, and then with the hiring manager, followed by a panel and then a site visit. Everything was going well until they suddenly stopped communicating after I responded with a counter-offer.
