It was a two interview process. I had my first interview with two people from HR (one was a trainee) and the Manager. It was 30 mins, they only had a few questions. I explained my experience which took most of the interview. I was called up two days later for a second interview. I was interviewed by the Manager, a Partner and Consultant. The Partner and Consultant I would be assisting. This was a bit more pressure but they were all friendly.
I was called by HR a couple days later saying that they had candidates with the experience they were requiring. I actually had this feeling after I left the interview.
