The process began with a phone screening, moved onto a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager, and then there was a case study/mock pitch. The whole process felt rushed and my questions were never directly answered. I got the impression that work/life balance was poor, and also that they were underpaying for the role. I did not feel my time and effort as a candidate was valued during the entire process. I would not have accepted an offer, but ultimately wasn’t given one anyway.
