I had two interviews with Dolby which both went very well. I thoroughly enjoyed the nature of the interview and was made to feel very comfortable throughout. The interview was structured meaning that the questions were based on my responses to the previous questions, this made the process feel less like a formal interview and more so a chat about competencies and past experience. The only drawback was that the interviews were conducted by two separate people and I did feel as if the questions repeated themselves, so I couldn't perhaps give differing answers to all of them.
