Applied online in March, was invited on site in August. Interview was very straight forward, struck me they'd made the decision to hire me before the interview, was more of a formality. Had an internship placement person contact the HR person after I applied to put in a good word for me.

They get back to you fairly quick. After completing an application, I was contacted 2 weeks later to do a virtual interview. They give you about 3 days to complete it and it's around 5 questions. From there you get contacted by a Discovery Communication's HR member if your qualifications match up. Now I am currently waiting for a response!

I was contacted for an interview a week after I filled out the application online. I only made it to the first round of interview. The first round was a video interview, where you get to record your answers and send the video. the questions were pretty simple.
