Dirty Hands interview questions

Very unorganized. First interview was a phone screen with HR. Second interview was a phone screen with the direct manager. Third interview was a Zoom meeting with senior manager that seemed to be a process to approve for appearance. No solid interview questions. Everything about the process was very informal and off the cuff. Seems very cliquey which is common for the industry. They were just super unorganized with the entire interview process.
