I applied in-person. I interviewed at Direct Orthopedic Care (Round Rock, TX)
Interview
It was 2 people interviewing me face to face. Very laid back and casual. They seemed to value personality more than a ton of technical stuff but they did talk about those things as well.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Direct Orthopedic Care (Irving, TX) in Aug 2021
Interview
2 step process. First interview was with the manager of the location you're hiring with, and the director of operations. Very relaxed interview, but still some professional aspects. Describing yourself, your experiences, qualifications and goals was a big focus. Some scenario questions were included, along with availability questions. Overall, pretty positive experience but the interview was quick, and it took longer for me to reach the location than conduct the interview. The 2nd step was with the HR department, and was very brief via Zoom. I do not remember much of it since it was brief, but they did go over important information regarding the HR department and how that affects you in clinic.
