I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Onboarding (Boston, MA) in Oct 2022
Interview
I believe there was a phone screen, then a technical meeting with the CTO and a meeting with a subset of the team. The technical questions were practical within their codebase and I thought it was a very fair process!
I was very close to accepting an offer here but for personal reasons decided to stay with my current employer.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked to resolve several set up bugs in a test version of their codebase.
I interviewed at Digital Onboarding (Charlotte, NC)
Interview
A lot of questions that were irrelevant. The technical part was difficult because they shared the screen and were asking me to debug but the screen was laggy which made it very difficult to debug. Communication after the interview was poor.
The interview process was short and quick. I wasn't asked difficult questions and I spoke with the individuals who would directly manage me on a day-to-day basis. I do wish expectations of the role were shared accurately at this stage as I do thing what I ended up doing in this position was out of scope.
