Digital Media Team interview questions

Initially I was selected quite quickly to have an interview over Teams. I passed that interview and was invited to another interview and to complete an excel test as well. Unfortunately, I did not receive any response after my interviews and my email enquiring was ignored. I found this quite disappointing and disrespectful.
