I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Control (Kent, WA) in Apr 2025
Interview
Process started with a phone screen, moved onto two virtual interviews and finally a face-to-face interview. I felt all of it went really well and was even told it was an "excellent" interview process which took 6 weeks, start to finish. I was never offered the position and never offered feedback on decisioning. Seemed like there were multiple candidates and I was a backup of sorts, not really sure but quite a bit of time and energy spent.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Control in Dec 2024
Interview
Phone Interview, Zoom interview, and then "supposedly" in-person interview. They scheduled the in-person interview but then cancelled it days later. It was supposed to be HALF a DAY so they basically used me as a second option even though they knew they wouldn't hire me and made me free up my time just to cancel it a couple days later. Unprofessional in my opinion. Wouldn't waste my time with them.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Digital Control in Aug 2024
Interview
I submitted my resume online and waited for about two weeks before receiving contact from the company’s HR department. They reached out to inform me that I had been selected for an initial phone screening and asked me to choose a convenient date for the interview.
