One interview with head of HR, then head of IT dept. Got connected with Digital bridge institute through National Youth Service. It is a one year service program to serve the country for recent University graduates. Three weeks camp, then got posted to DBI where I had the above interviews

All candidates for the interview were contacted and told where to assemble for the actual interview. on the day of the interview , we presented our resume to the Human Resource Manager of the company and were asked to introduce ourselves. then we were asked about our educational background and other questions base do our claimed skill set.
