DigiLens interview questions

Interview Process was easy, Telephone Interviews with Recruiter, hiring manager and then with the whole Team. After this, invited for On-site interview, Interview was related to my work experience. After the personal interview with 8 or 9 personnel, hiring manager came himself offered me the job onsite and asked for the references. I asked for one day to think about it and get back. I spoke to the hiring manager and gave him my counter offer(no formal email exchange) and was told to wait until next week for my final offer. After that no contact, hiring manager stopped replying to my follow up emails. Overall I would say that it's a negative experience and I would not work here ever in future. It's good thing that I'm not working with that kind of management staff, who don't respect others. Btw I was referred internally.

It begins with one phone interview, then if you move on in the interview phase, there one in person group interview with the accounting/finance team, then they conducted one last phone interview
