Interview
Phone interview with HR. Second round interview with manager and then third round interview with VP. The whole process took about 3 weeks. I was told on the third round interview I would hear back after a couple weeks. After 3 weeks past I followed up with HR manager to get some feedback. I was told no decision was made and I would hear back soon with an update. Two more weeks past and I decided to follow up again to get any feedback but no response again. After three round interviews I think it was a bit disrespectful not to hear anything back. Just out of courtesy I think a response would have been merited. Otherwise, position sounded like a great opportunity but maybe the hiring process was a sign of the company.

Interview
The interview process was smooth, it was the follow up that was horrible. No communication from the recruiter and when I got a response it was very vague. Was told I would hear back in a week and had to reach out twice to the recruiter for an answer after their deadline had passed, he said they still hadn’t decided and then went unresponsive and I never heard back. Really wanted to work there but the interview process has now dissuaded me.
