I first had to submit my application, and I was immediately asked to complete a few online tests. After a few days they send you a feedback from the online assessments. I was then asked to partecipate in a digital interview, on HireVue, which I thought was too impersonal and a bit confusing. A very short time is given for writing down some of your answers.

Interview
Online application, and 'cultural fit' assessment which consists of two rounds of questions to determine whether your decision making aligns with the companies values. You're given a summary of your strengths based on these questions. If you pass this section youre invited to take a timed video interview which consists of two parts. The first is 'about you' and the second part revolves around a real-world strategic decision in which you are asked to read a couple of documents and recommend a solution.
