The interview process was segmented. Interviewing managers were off on holiday and others were sick. The whole process was very slow and took nearly a month to get in line. I was approached and then complete silence for a good 2 weeks then re approached about the same job. For the salary, the skill requirements was too high. It could do with a little more organizing.
