I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Deskpro (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
There was an initial screening call, followed by an offsite coding challenge, followed by another call around my coding challenge solution, followed by another technical interview. The offsite coding challenge/solutions debrief was fine enough, but time consuming as they usually are.
This was followed by a technical interview that consisted entirely of very language/framework specific minutia type questions you either know it or you don't. I hadn't worked in the language in a few years so it went fairly poorly and there isn't much opportunity to demonstrate what you do know with this style of interview.
I'd say if you're day to day working in the technologies you're interviewing for and are prepared for very specific language minutia type questions it may be worth a shot in terms of time invested. I'd have preferred this interview happened earlier, so time wasn't spend on the offsite.
